Big ups to my best man Miguel Pate on finishing in the top three at the Olympic Trials and punching his ticket to Beijing. Way to go Pate!

The hurdles are this weekend and it’ll be interesting to see what happens. Especially if its windy.. I was planning on making predictions but I’ve been kind of busy with work that I haven’t been able to keep up with what’s been going on.
